Voice, not video
Candidates answer from any browser with a microphone. No camera, no software, no scheduling. Two minutes an answer.
First-round screening, without the calendar
Candidates answer your questions by voice, in the browser, whenever suits them. Every answer is transcribed and scored against the role as advice. You listen, compare and make the call.
Why voice
Candidates answer from any browser with a microphone. No camera, no software, no scheduling. Two minutes an answer.
Each recording is transcribed within a minute of submission, so you can skim before you listen and search what was said.
Each answer is read against the job post and what a strong answer covers, with a 1–5 score, a reason and the supporting quote.
Scores rank who to listen to first. Advance, hold or reject is always your call, with your notes beside it.
How it works
Five or six questions are drafted for the role. Edit, reorder, or regenerate with an instruction.
Add candidates by form, spreadsheet or by hand. Each gets a one-time link that expires on your schedule.
A voice reads each question. A short prep countdown, then a timed recording. No retakes, no going back.
Transcripts and advisory scores arrive in your dashboard. Listen, compare, and record the decision.
Principles
Scores are based on what was said. Never on voice, accent, pace, or anything about the person.
No candidate is advanced or rejected by software. The system suggests; a recruiter decides.
Nothing is recorded until the candidate agrees. Recordings are kept for a fixed period, then deleted.
